Trail: 16.5 mile. 8.3 mile one way. From Trailhead General Sherman Tree parking lot 10am
0.4 mile point General Sherman Tree Overlook turn to Congress Trail
0.4 mile portion of Congress Trail heading East onto Alta Trail
0.6 mile on Alta Trail
11:30am heading South onto portion of Wolverton Cutoff for 3.6 mile
2pm Heading west on High Sierra Trail for the remaining 3.2 mile
4pm after crossing so many streams we reached our campsite at Mehrten Creek camp
Slept over night, 10am heading back exactly same direction
